At Natasha Denona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
